My job is to try and get the residents involved in doing different activities such as games, Arts and Craft ,Baking, types of mind games like crosswords word search and many more things. My job is also to book entertainment for them and also to get them out in the community. We also do 1 to 1s with residents in their rooms if they prefer.
I love the work i do it is always a pleasure to come to work. I get to meet great people all with different stories and challenges and this is what makes my job worth while. I work with a great team and as individuals we bring something different.
