Thank you so much for taking the time to share such wonderful words about our home and the care we are providing for your mother here at Windmill. It’s a pleasure to read such positive feedback, as it is so important for all of us to know that not only our residents, but their families feel so supported. This lovely feedback will be shared with the wider team who will be thrilled. Many thanks again.
Thank you so very much for taking the time to send us such positive feedback about the care we are providing for your father. It's wonderful to read how you feel about the level of care we are able to provide and that the dedication of our staff is so appreciated. I will ensure this is shared with the wider team, who will be both delighted and rewarded to read your comments.
We take all of the comments and concerns received regarding the care of the people living with us extremely seriously, as the health and wellbeing of our residents is our absolute priority.
We have investigated your concerns and responded to you and ensured that you have access to our complaints process. Our findings reinforced our belief that our staff work with the best interests of every single one of our residents as their foremost objective. We do, as does every care home in the UK, have to comply with the law and we need to enforce rules around visiting and infection prevention and control. Whilst we understand that these can be frustrating, it is unfortunate that this is perceived as a lack of care and compassion, as the Manager and team have been working very hard in difficult circumstances to ensure that our residents, our visitors and staff are kept safe and to ensure that every resident receives the best possible level of care.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home. I am really pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the care we were able to provide for your husband.
