From the start the standard of care has been exceptional - every time my three sisters or I visited we witnessed the staff looking after our Mother and other residents
Despite our Mother being quite demanding about her food, Harwood House bent over backwards to cater for her requirements. They never complained and every time we visited they would ask us if we wanted tea / coffee or anything else.
The actual residence is spotless, our Mother's room was really large and well equipped.
Despite the sadness of her passing we have absolutely no regrets that she spent her last 6 months at Harwood. We have so much gratitude to the staff it's untrue and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the care home to anyone.
