Overall Experience
My mother has been a resident at Hazlemere Lodge since June 2019. After looking at a lot of other homes, my sister and I both felt that Hazlemere Lodge had everything mum would need. Based on my experiences over the past year, I can honestly say we chose the right home. I have visited Mum on a regular basis and have seen and experienced first hand the care mum has received. All the staff at Hazlemere Lodge know Mum and treat her with kindness and respect. They feedback to us on a regular basis about Mum's health and well-being, ensuring she has everything she needs to make her comfortable. The activities team are great and get everyone involved in their busy weekly timetable. Mum was quite underweight when she arrived at Hazlemere Lodge but because of the great catering, and the fact she is quite happy and content, is now back to her “fighting weight”.

In summary, Hazlemere Lodge has an open, transparent and caring culture which has its residents care and wellbeing at its heart.
