I think the manager seems to have a good grip on all needs of everyone and seems to go above and beyond her role to make sure we are happy.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff very welcoming, smiling and pleasant and I am always offered tea/coffee.

Staff are always really polite and very sweet to all the residents and their needs.

Residents are entertained and interacted with at all times.

My mum has been a resident at Tithe Farm for over a year now, having previously resided at three other care homes. Tithe Farm is a friendly and well-managed care home set in lovely parkland. The home caters for around 30 residents, making it small enough for staff to really know the residents. The staff genuinely care, and the home has a calm feel to it. It does not feel 'clinical' as can be the case with nursing homes. My mum has been quite challenging, and the staff have been nothing but supportive. The best evidence I can offer for the high regard I have for Tithe farm, is that my mum has not come to harm once during her year here, compared to weekly incidents elsewhere. She is honestly at the happiest I have seen her for years. She views the staff as friends, and they treat her as if she were family. The whole family is welcomed (even my sometimes mischievous younger son) and regular events are held for residents and their families. I have no complaints at all - not one!

I have found the nursing team helpful, informative, kind and welcoming. I was invited to the 'family of residents' meeting and found it very enjoyable with other, satisfied, family members. The care home is well managed and handled professionally. They are pleasant and thoughtful and I know they are trying their best to ensure my Mothers care and know she is safe.

My aunt has been resident at Tithe Farm for almost a year and I really cannot fault the care and attention that she has received. When she first arrived she was very poorly and now, whilst she is frail and very elderly, she is comparatively well and very content, also happy with her life at the nursing home. Staff listen to her and her family and respond quickly to any needs or wishes. She is really well looked after and she can get involved in the 'community' of the house and has a lovely room of her own.

My mother received first class care and support at Tithe Farm. The staff were always friendly and efficient and caring.

We always receive a warm welcome and the offer of a cup of tea and biscuits when we visit. The home has a real family atmosphere with lots of visitors coming and going. The staff are caring and kind and do a wonderful job making the residents’ time at Tithe Farm as comfortable and happy as possible.

We have been impressed by the care shown to us and our parents. They managed to admit our father for end of life care and made a special effort to accommodate him with mum in the same room. We are more than happy they are in the right place now, they cannot be together at home.

I visit my husband regularly and always feel welcome. The staff are very helpful - nothing is ever too much for them. They are always polite.

I am very satisfied with the care and attention my mother receives. A doctor will always be called immediately if the need arises concerning her welfare. All the staff are pleasant and attentive.

My father is receiving very good care. He always seems happy and well-presented. The staff are kind and helpful. The house is comfortable and homely. I like the fact that the residents seem to be a range of people with a range of conditions so that it is like a group of family members or friends would be. The food seems to be appetising, and the staff take the time to interact with the relatives. My Dad is always wearing his own clothes and has his own possessions and this is very important. (I recall many years ago my Gran was in a home and she often had other peoples' clothes on which she knew weren't hers and we all minded about that very much.) We can come and go on visits whenever we like to Tithe Farm. We do fund the care ourselves
