Tithe Farm is a Grade II listed country home with 5 acres of landscaped gardens that provide an idyllic environment for 35 residents. The Home is situated in Stoke Poges on the borders of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire and is easily accessible by road or public transport.

The Home offers quality accommodation throughout; the focal point being the magnificent carved oak staircase in the main reception hall. The elegant dining room and residents' lounges provide alternative areas for additional social activities.

The bedrooms are located on two floors and are individually designed and furnished to a very high standard in keeping with the character of the house. All rooms have personalized amenities and safety devices such as a television point, facilities for private telephone, nurse call, fire detection and emergency lighting systems.

Staff are carefully chosen and will offer, every courtesy to residents, and administer nursing care to the highest professional standards under their supervision. Since my Mum came to Tithe Farm in May, I have nothing but praise for the management and staff for ensuring my Mum settled and has felt reassured, cared for, comfortable and at home. The whole experience has exceeded my expectations and a huge, daunting and worrying period of transition for my Mum has
actually ended up being a very positive experience. From day one, Mum settled incredibly well due to the management, staff and lovely, homely environment, which feels like a family home.

I can't thank the staff and management for their input to my mothers birthday. The management made sure a room was decorated and ready for 20 close family. All said what a lovely place and how welcome the staff had made them feel. Please, could you say a big thank you to all the special staff you have

I cannot praise the manageress and her team enough for the way they cared for my dear mum in her final week of life. My mum was transferred from the nearby hospital into their care, but there was ultimately nothing they could do to redeem the condition the hospital managed to get my mum into. What they
DID do however was to make my mum's final days dignified, cared for and peaceful and we will be eternally grateful for that. The staff were all so gentle and treated Mum as if she'd been there for ages, their gentle touches and caring voices must have got through to her and reassured her that she was in a safe place. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and looked out over the lovely grounds. I wish we could have got mum into their care earlier, then who knows what they could have achieved. I wish all the team every success and would recommend this care home to anyone

I will always be grateful to the wonderful staff of Tithe Farm for the care they gave my mum during her eight years with them.
We had a long struggle with her dementia, but she could not have been in a better place, with better people.
Thank you to all of them for everything they did for Mum and us
while we coped with her changing circumstances. I would not have had precious quality time with her without them.
Their kindness and compassion to us at the end will never be forgotten.

It was a very difficult decision for us to choose a nursing home for our Dad, however, we couldn't have chosen a better place for him. We are very happy with the care he receives.
We are made to feel very welcome when we visit him and my mum, who visits practically every day is treated so very well
by the staff. There is always a familiar face around I like that fact.

I feel comfortable that my father is being cared for to a good standard and that most staff are kind and caring towards him.
I think the manager seems to have a good grip on all needs of everyone and seems to go above and beyond her role to make sure we are happy.

I am always welcome whenever I visit the home.
Residents always seem very happy and well cared for.

My mum has been a resident at Tithe Farm for over a year now, having previously resided at three other care homes. Tithe Farm is a friendly and well-managed care home set in lovely parkland. The home caters for around 30 residents, making it small enough for staff to really know the residents. The staff
genuinely care, and the home has a calm feel to it. It does not feel 'clinical' as can be the case with nursing homes. My mum has been quite challenging, and the staff have been nothing but supportive. The best evidence I can offer for the high regard I have for Tithe farm, is that my mum has not come to harm once during her year here, compared to weekly incidents elsewhere. She is honestly at the happiest I have seen her for years. She views the staff as friends, and they treat her as if she were family. The whole family is welcomed (even my sometimes mischievous younger son) and regular events are held for residents and their families. I have no complaints at all - not one!

I have found the nursing team helpful, informative, kind and welcoming. I was invited to the 'family of residents' meeting and found it very enjoyable with other, satisfied, family members. My aunt has been resident at Tithe Farm for almost a year and I really cannot fault the care and attention that she has received. When she first arrived she was very poorly and now, whilst she is frail and very elderly, she is comparatively well and very content, also happy with her life at the nursing
home. Staff listen to her and her family and respond quickly to any needs or wishes. She is really well looked after and she can get involved in the 'community' of the house and has a lovely room of her own.

A beautiful house with views out onto the gardens which are frequented by deer and other wildlife.


We always receive a warm welcome and the offer of a cup of tea and biscuits when we visit. The home has a real family atmosphere with lots of visitors coming and going. The staff are caring and kind

and do a wonderful job making the residents’ time at Tithe Farm as comfortable and happy as possible.
