Tithe Farm is a Grade II listed country home with 5 acres of landscaped gardens that provide an idyllic environment for 35 residents. The Home is situated in Stoke Poges on the borders of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire and is easily accessible by road or public transport.

The Home offers quality accommodation throughout; the focal point being the magnificent carved oak staircase in the main reception hall. The elegant dining room and residents' lounges provide alternative areas for additional social activities.

The bedrooms are located on two floors and are individually designed and furnished to a very high standard in keeping with the character of the house. All rooms have personalized amenities and safety devices such as a television point, facilities for private telephone, nurse call, fire detection and emergency lighting systems.

Staff are carefully chosen and will offer, every courtesy to residents, and administer nursing care to the highest professional standards under their supervision. My father is looked after and cared for extremely well. He is also treated with dignity, which is so important to myself and my family. The staff are all very friendly, patient and professional. They are very understanding of my dads condition and provide help and support of the highest level. The home
is in a beautiful setting, the rooms are kept clean and tidy, and the level of communication provided by the manager, the nursing staff and the office staff is first class. Thank you to everyone at Tithe Farm Care Home for the care, compassion and professionalism, which is extended to my father every day.

Mother is 97 years old. She arrived at Tithe Farm Care Home in very poor health and very feeble. Now, the change in condition is remarkable. She has much-improved health. Mobility is still an issue but mental clarity is much improved. As a family, we feel that the improvement is all down to the fantastic
care provided by the home.

The home constantly reviews the way they interact with my relative as their state of mind and health deteriorates. I am kept informed of all issues and interventions. They genuinely care for their residents and I am so pleased my relative has a place there.

I could not fault the care for my father at Tithe Farm Care Home. What a friendly, caring and happy place. It is extremely well run. The staff are always smiling, positive and helpful. The food was varied and excellent. I was kept totally informed of any healthcare concerns. There was a lovely program
of social events which enabled all the family to be involved. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

My father is looked after and cared for extremely well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Dad is always immaculate whenever I come to see him and the staff are always interacting with the residents so they are not left on their own.
To sum up this care home = friendly
staff, caring and nothing is too much trouble, helpful, but most of all, they look after the residents. Everyone is reached with respect. For me, it is a fantastic place and I recommend to everyone.

From the moment I contacted the home regarding a place for my Mother to today, seventeen months later, I have been extremely impressed with The Farm. The manager through to all members of staff, including laundry, administration, maintenance and of course carers, have displayed kindness, professionalism,
humour and understanding. My Mother can be difficult, but they all deal with her with great empathy.

I would highly recommend Tithe Farm Care Home. My Auntie has been a resident for just over a year. She has received excellent care. Everyone has been very caring and patient with her adjusting to life in a care home. All staff are helpful and friendly and actually care about residents. It is reassuring
for us to see her always looking happy, healthy and well cared for.

My father was a resident for a very short time at the end of his life. While he was there, the staff were very caring and showed him immense kindness, patience and compassion. The only way I can describe this nursing home is top rate. Staff are caring and very kind to all residents. All needs are catered for and I can see how happy my mother is (it's a joy). The rooms are clean and comfortable, food is excellent.

I have the very highest praise for Tithe Farm. My mum has been a resident since October 2019 when she moved from her previous care home. I spent a lot of time trying to find the best place for her and I am confident that I made the right choice.
My mum has dementia and her behaviour can be quite
challenging as she walks around a lot and finds it hard to settle. I have found all of the carers to be absolutely lovely, patient and very understanding of her condition despite having to cope with any difficult behaviour. Above all they are kind.
The manager and nursing staff are very professional and have been particularly helpful and supportive, liaising with external bodies where appropriate. I believe that they have my mum’s very best interests at heart and do all they can to take the best care of her.
I thoroughly recommend Tithe Farm.

I have been very pleased with the care my Grandad has received since arriving at Tithe Farm. The management and staff are all very welcoming and friendly and very attentive to the residents and any visiting friends or family. My mother was looked after in an end of life care plan for a week at Tithe Farm Care home. All the staff treated her with the utmost kindness and dignity. They supported me every day at a very difficult time.
I would unhesitatingly recommend this nursing home. I feel blessed that my mother ended her

My mum has been a resident at Tithe Farm for two years. She has been given excellent care by the staff and they have also always made me very welcome.
I cannot put an opinion in for Value for Money as I think the costs per month, in any care home, is extortionate.
