Tithe Farm is a Grade II listed country home with 5 acres of landscaped gardens that provide an idyllic environment for 35 residents. The Home is situated in Stoke Poges on the borders of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire and is easily accessible by road or public transport.

The Home offers quality accommodation throughout; the focal point being the magnificent carved oak staircase in the main reception hall. The elegant dining room and residents' lounges provide alternative areas for additional social activities.

The bedrooms are located on two floors and are individually designed and furnished to a very high standard in keeping with the character of the house. All rooms have personalized amenities and safety devices such as a television point, facilities for private telephone, nurse call, fire detection and emergency lighting systems.

Staff are carefully chosen and will offer, every courtesy to residents, and administer nursing care to the highest professional standards under their supervision. My dad has been a resident at Tithe Farm for four months and has settled in very well. The staff are very well trained in managing my dad's dementia needs. My family and I have great peace of mind knowing he is in such a nice care home with kind, friendly and compassionate staff. Thank you.

My Brother has been here for 4 years and every time we visit he seems happy and content. He never moans or complains about anything. The staff are very friendly and it always seems a very happy place to be.

Since arriving at the care home in March Mum has been treated extremely kindly by all who work there. She appreciates not only the lovely carers and nurses but also the kitchen staff, entertainment lady, cleaners, laundry ladies and the odd-job man. It feels like a well-run home by the manager and the
whole team makes it a friendly homely place for both Mum to live and for visitors to come to see her.

Good: Room was a tad smaller compared to the previous place, tidy and clean. Food didn't look nice (don't know about taste, but I guess okay)

My mother aged 87 was a resident at Tithe Farm for six and a half weeks, from 16th February to 2nd April 2024. I say resident rather than patient because that's how she felt, part of an extended family, even though she was dealing with cruel terminal illness. She was truly cared for, with observant,
responsive, kind, respectful, empathetic professionalism. 100% of the entire team carried my mother as lightly as possible in her journey to her death - Cleaners, Chefs, Maintenance, Management, Carers, GPs and Nurses. She commented to me that when she was alone with more than one member of staff they always talked to her, looked at her, not over her to each other, but always to her, engaged with her. Tithe are open and welcoming to visitors and I was able to be with her whenever she wanted, even into the night and once throughout the night. The team carried me too in fact. Thank you for the respect, dignity, nourishment and medical excellence. You kept our mother safe to the very end.

My mother has now been a resident at Tithe Farm for three and a half years and I have nothing but praise for the whole team. The care that Mum receives can only come from genuine and dedicated staff and they all treat her as if she is part of their family. My visits to see Mum are always so enjoyable,
knowing that all her needs are more than satisfied, both in a medical and compassionate way and it's also such a pleasure to see the staff during my visits; they always make me feel like I'm also a part of their extended family! Tithe Farm is how all care homes should be; I cannot thank them enough for looking after the most precious person in my life.

Whenever I visit my friend, I am always welcomed by all staff with a smile and a feeling that they are pleased to see me.
The staff cannot do enough to make my friend's stay as pleasant and normal as possible.
My friend has a lovely room with a great view of the grounds. She has bird feeders all
around her area. Her room is furnished with many pictures and furniture from her house. She also has a fridge and orders her own food from the supermarket which gets delivered directly to her room. Outstanding!

All the staff and management have been absolutely wonderful with mum. Nothing is a problem when she needs anything. Everyone is always friendly polite and well mannered and they take great care of mum. She is eating more than she has in years so the food is clearly excellent. I am relieved every time
I leave that she is in good hands. I would recommend this care home to anyone. They take the word 'Care' very seriously.

I've visited my friend's mum a few times over the past few years with her son (and my close friend). She became my second mum during my 20's (I'm now in my 60's).
After each visit, the conversation between my friend and myself, in the care going home, is due to the fantastic care that she receives
at Tithe Farm.
During the visits, it is very evident, both from what she says and from what we witness, that Tithe Farm is exceptional. She is full of praise for all of the staff, and it is easy to understand why when you meet them yourself and witness them in action They really do care for their residents, in the true sense of the world, and are so warm and affectionate with them. They clearly have real pride in the work that they do.
In these times when so many organisations provide such poor service, it is uplifting to witness one that excels.

Mum has been at Tithe Farm for 10 months and in that time her circumstances have changed. We have been so happy with her care from day one but especially now as her needs are more complex. The staff have been so caring and nurturing, not just to mum the support we have had as a family has been wonderful
and so appreciated. From when you walk in the door and are greeted with a smile, to the management, carers, the kitchen staff to the ladies that do the cleaning, they are always so friendly and caring. The home itself is set in beautiful gardens with lots of wildlife and it is very peaceful. Every effort is made to keep the residents happy and entertained. There is always something going on. We know Mum is in good hands and we feel comforted that she is being well looked after.

I wanted to write this review even though my mum has only been at Tithe Farm Care Home for three weeks as I have been overwhelmed by the care and kindness shown to both my mum and I. She moved from a care home in another county so she could be nearer family. I felt at home from the first visit and this
has continued. The manager is exceptional and so are her staff who are so caring and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend Tithe Farm Care Home.

From management to carers the whole team did a fantastic job of looking after my father at the final months of his life. He was always kept comfortable and happy we could fault the team. The home itself is set in lovely grounds very peaceful and homely. We would recommend the home to everyone

Since my father has been a resident at Tithe Farm Care Home. 2.5 years. I have been very happy and thankful for the care, support and the love they give him. Tithe Farm is run very efficiently and all the staff work as a team caring for all the residents. They have just given my dad the most wonderful

Dad was here for just over two years. The staff were excellent, kind, caring and compassionate. They really brought him out of his shell when he first arrived (after my mum's death) and treated him with respect and dignity in his last few months.

Our mother has recently become a resident at Tithe Farm Care Home and we are really delighted with the care she is receiving. Although only a few weeks in, we are full of praise for the staff who are not only kind and caring but enthusiastic and engaging. Tithe Farm feels like a home rather than an
institution with its lovely listed building and extensive grounds. We cannot speak highly enough of the manager. From the beginning she both guided and reassured us. It is clear that she wants the very best for the residents and sets high standards for herself and the wider team. We chose Tithe Farm because it felt like a kind and happy place for mum to be, and we are so glad that we did.

My auntie was at Tithe Far from November 2022 to st June 2023 when she sadly passed away. During her time there, the wonderful team were amazing. They cared for my auntie in such a loving and affectionate way. They always spent the time to talk to her, have a laugh and comfort her. My auntie was very
happy at Tithe Farm and I cannot fault them on anything. I would recommend this care home to anybody. Also, the manager and another member of staff were particularly kind and helpful to me. We even celebrated my aunties80th Birthday in the garden.

Upon entering Tithe Farm Care Home, you feel like you are in a family atmosphere. Everybody is more than willing to help in any way. The staff and management are excellent and always on hand to help. The gardens are kept to a high standard and enabling residents to sit outside and enjoy the views.

My mother was cared for with gentleness and consideration and always with her dignity, as a person in her own right. She was always well cared for in her personal care. The staff created a happy atmosphere and developed trusting relationships with my mum. We were always informed as to her care and well-being.
Tithe Farm management is interactive and concerned that family/loved ones are involved in the ongoing lives of their resident loved ones. Food was plentiful and varied and with good choices. My mum was happy during the time of her care. Well done!
