Overall Experience

This is an extremely well run care home. As the long service staff know exactly how to look after the residents however, we have had five new managers over the past two year,s with the last manager upsetting the smooth operation of this home. Thankfully the new manager is very good and is settling in nicely with the long serving staff who have carried this operation. This home once more feels like a "family" which is good for all concerned.
