My stepdad loves Seven Arches, he tells me how lovely the staff are and how everyone knows him always saying hello and waving.
I can't fault, the home always smells clean he loves the food and the staff are always so polite, they go above and beyond.
It's lovely to be part of the activities they have
BBQs and aways put on something for special days like VE day. I feel so reassured that if I am not there he is in safe hands. Thank you to you all.

My brother and I are very grateful for the excellent care my mother received at Seven Arches Nursing Home.
All the staff were very caring and supportive, including the management who were very encouraging and understanding. The gardens are beautiful. The food is of a high standard, as is the quality
of the activities organised. We couldn't have asked for a better place.

We as a family would like to thank all the staff for the exceptional care you gave my partner from June until his passing beginning of December.
He was so comfortable there after a bad experience in hospital.
The kitchen staff nursing staff and all the entertainment (the film shows the singers that
came in to entertain he enjoyed in the beginning)
His last few weeks you made him comfortable which was so nice to see.
I would also like to thank a carer in particular who he thought a lot of.
I would recommend this nursing home and give it 5*.
From all of the family and the grandchildren who adored their grandad.

My aunt was in Seven Arches for about a year and was well cared for during that time. She always appeared clean and well-dressed whenever I visited. The nurses kept me up to date with all aspects of her care. I would like to say a big thank you to all the caregivers who looked after my aunt until the
end. They showed her compassion and treated her with dignity.
I am glad she spent her last days in Seven Arches and would recommend this nursing home to anyone who is looking for one.

My father was a resident at Seven Arches for the sixteen months prior to his passing in October. He was well cared for and content. All the staff including management, admin, nurses, and carers as well as the catering staff, cleaners, and groundsman were friendly, helpful, and respectful. Each time
I visited I received a warm welcome and was usually greeted by name. All medical appointments that my father needed whilst at Seven Arches were arranged and any concerns were communicated to me. My father had a spacious room overlooking the beautiful gardens which he enjoyed when we took him outside in the summer months.
During his final days, my father was made as comfortable as possible and my wish that he should die peacefully in his own bed was respected. I have nothing but praise for the staff and thank them for the compassion shown to me at this sad time. I have no hesitation in recommending Seven Arches to anyone looking for a good nursing home for an elderly parent or relative.

If only we had found this nursing home sooner... Mum was at Seven Arches for only five weeks February - March 2024, but during her time there all the staff we encountered were caring, respectful, attentive, supportive and family-orientated. The manager and nurses were always on hand to welcome visitors,
answer questions and keep relatives informed. When Mum returned for the second time, very poorly from Hospital, the care, palliative care and respect shown was humbling. Mum was comfortable and pain-free in her welcoming, bright, homely room with family able to visit at any time. I cannot thank the team at Seven Arches enough for making a very sad and difficult time as peaceful and comforting as it could be.

My dad sadly passed away recently and my mother and I took immense comfort that he spent his last 2 years at Seven Arches after transferring from a very poor care service elsewhere in Brentwood. During his 2 years, the manager and her wonderful team took great care of Dad, treating him with love, kindness
and respect. Dad went from being withdrawn, unhappy and listless to trying to communicate and engage again and importantly looking well and smiling. He had a fantastic rapport with all the staff. The manager always made time to update us on Dad's health and needs too.
During the latter part of my dad's care, my mother was seriously ill and could no longer visit, the staff continued to support her with regular updates and were a lifeline to her too.
The night carer who was with Dad as he slipped away showed such empathy and compassion to Dad and us and was comforting knowing such a kind person was with him in his final moments. Thank you to the manager and the night carer and everyone who supported us and Dad.

My father was a resident at Seven Arches from Sept 23 to Feb 24. I simply cannot thank the manager and all of the staff enough for the kindness, compassion and patience they showed to him during his stay. It was a difficult transition for Dad to move from his own home, however, as a result of the care
he received, Dad was very happy and contented. For myself, knowing that Dad was safe was a great comfort, especially during the last weeks of his life.

Was apprehensive when she first went there but after I had made one or two visits I soon realised she was in very, very good hands. All the staff were caring and friendly and I can't speak more highly of them. The food was excellent and she was happy to be there.

In the month my husband has been in Seven Arches, he and his family members have been treated with good care, kindness and friendliness and made to feel very welcome. All staff have been excellent (carers, nurses, catering, laundry and domestic staff). It is a lovely, bright and cheerful, homely environment.

During our recent visits to Seven Arches to visit my late sister, the greeting received from all the staff was so warming. The manageress, nurses, carers and kitchen staff were always welcoming, polite, caring, supportive and professional, making our visits pleasant during difficult times. The care

My mother spent the last eight weeks of her life at Seven Arches. The carers were extremely attentive, always checking on her and getting her out of bed to go to the lounge. They have enough staff to assist with feeding at every meal. The home is very well run, and the manager is available. The attention

My aunt has been in Seven Arches for a good few years now, and we have all been at ease knowing she is well-fed and looked after with such care and devotion from all the staff in all departments. During lockdown, we had video calls and window visits, which really helped not only my aunt but the family
too. When we visit, we are offered drinks in the garden, which is beautiful and their sensory garden too. It's a real family home, and the manager welcomes you with a big smile, and the activity lady works ever so hard doing fundraising events. We chose the perfect home.
