My brother was in the home (Seven Arches) for over two years the staff were always kind and caring towards him. It was always being cleaned and was fresh. The food I saw looked good. Certainly smelled good. The most important thing in a care home though is to provide kindness and care in difficult circumstances which they did.

Welcoming from the start. Staff do an amazing job and are always on hand to help. The Manager Neetha is extremely polite, professional & helpful. My mothers room is clean & tidy although mum is not keen on her bed she understands it needs to be like a hospital bed for practical reasons. Overall I fully recommend this nursing home.

Only on one visit we were left feeling slightly uncomfortable - we were asking for chairs to sit on in my mother's room, my wife & I were met with what appears to be negative attitude but the chairs eventually arrived.

At the age of 96, my father passed away on 22 April. Since September 2022, when my father was first admitted to Seven Arches Nursing Home, I, and the rest of my family, have nothing but praise for the wonderful, caring and conscientious staff who have provided us all with support. I have heard stories from people whose relatives have been placed with other nursing homes suggesting less than acceptable care, but this has never been the case for my father - as far as we are concerned he has been as well looked after as he possibly could. My mother, who also died recently, always felt that she could rest easy knowing that my father was well taken care of. In all the 3 1/2 years that I have dealt with the staff at this establishment I have never had cause for complaint and for me they have provided reassurance that true professionalism has not died. A heartfelt thanks to everyone at the nursing home.

I cannot recommend this care home highly enough. From the moment you walk in, you're met with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. The staff are genuinely friendly, incredibly helpful, and clearly take real pride in what they do.
Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Every interaction is handled with patience, respect, and care, and it's obvious the team truly cares about the people they support. The atmosphere is welcoming and reassuring, which makes a huge difference.

An excellent care home run by an outstanding team who consistently go above and beyond

My brother and I are very grateful for the excellent care my mother received at Seven Arches Nursing Home.

All the staff were very caring and supportive, including the management who were very encouraging and understanding. The gardens are beautiful. The food is of a high standard, as is the quality of the activities organised. We couldn't have asked for a better place.

We as a family would like to thank all the staff for the exceptional care you gave my partner from June until his passing beginning of December.
He was so comfortable there after a bad experience in hospital.
The kitchen staff nursing staff and all the entertainment (the film shows the singers that came in to entertain he enjoyed in the beginning)
His last few weeks you made him comfortable which was so nice to see.
I would also like to thank a carer in particular who he thought a lot of.
I would recommend this nursing home and give it 5*.

From all of the family and the grandchildren who adored their grandad.

My aunt was in Seven Arches for about a year and was well cared for during that time. She always appeared clean and well-dressed whenever I visited. The nurses kept me up to date with all aspects of her care. I would like to say a big thank you to all the caregivers who looked after my aunt until the end. They showed her compassion and treated her with dignity.

I am glad she spent her last days in Seven Arches and would recommend this nursing home to anyone who is looking for one.

My father was a resident at Seven Arches for the sixteen months prior to his passing in October. He was well cared for and content. All the staff including management, admin, nurses, and carers as well as the catering staff, cleaners, and groundsman were friendly, helpful, and respectful. Each time I visited I received a warm welcome and was usually greeted by name. All medical appointments that my father needed whilst at Seven Arches were arranged and any concerns were communicated to me. My father had a spacious room overlooking the beautiful gardens which he enjoyed when we took him outside in the summer months.

During his final days, my father was made as comfortable as possible and my wish that he should die peacefully in his own bed was respected. I have nothing but praise for the staff and thank them for the compassion shown to me at this sad time. I have no hesitation in recommending Seven Arches to anyone looking for a good nursing home for an elderly parent or relative.

If only we had found this nursing home sooner... Mum was at Seven Arches for only five weeks February - March 2024, but during her time there all the staff we encountered were caring, respectful, attentive, supportive and family-orientated. The manager and nurses were always on hand to welcome visitors, answer questions and keep relatives informed. When Mum returned for the second time, very poorly from Hospital, the care, palliative care and respect shown was humbling. Mum was comfortable and pain-free in her welcoming, bright, homely room with family able to visit at any time. I cannot thank the team at Seven Arches enough for making a very sad and difficult time as peaceful and comforting as it could be.

My dad sadly passed away recently and my mother and I took immense comfort that he spent his last 2 years at Seven Arches after transferring from a very poor care service elsewhere in Brentwood. During his 2 years, the manager and her wonderful team took great care of Dad, treating him with love, kindness and respect. Dad went from being withdrawn, unhappy and listless to trying to communicate and engage again and importantly looking well and smiling. He had a fantastic rapport with all the staff. The manager always made time to update us on Dad's health and needs too.
During the latter part of my dad's care, my mother was seriously ill and could no longer visit, the staff continued to support her with regular updates and were a lifeline to her too.

The night carer who was with Dad as he slipped away showed such empathy and compassion to Dad and us and was comforting knowing such a kind person was with him in his final moments. Thank you to the manager and the night carer and everyone who supported us and Dad.

My father was a resident at Seven Arches from Sept 23 to Feb 24. I simply cannot thank the manager and all of the staff enough for the kindness, compassion and patience they showed to him during his stay. It was a difficult transition for Dad to move from his own home, however, as a result of the care he received, Dad was very happy and contented. For myself, knowing that Dad was safe was a great comfort, especially during the last weeks of his life.
