Further to my mother being transferred to Seven Arches when she needed nursing care due to her vascular dementia condition, she now seems to be more settled and happier, and this is due to the care and attention that she is receiving from the hard-working staff who are doing an excellent job of giving
residents a quality of life.
I would not hesitate to recommend this nursing home to others.

Seven Arches care home has always welcomed visits from relatives (Covid restrictions allowing). This is very reassuring. For instance, when there have been any concerns regarding my mother's health, I have been contacted immediately, and for instances, where I may have had any concern about my mother,
I have been able to discuss this immediately with a member of staff. There is a spirit of openness within the home, which is very reassuring.
I have been impressed with the way the home has applied the Covid restrictions whilst maintaining contact with us relatives, ensuring even in the worst times, we were able to speak to my mother on the telephone. Staff went to great efforts to maintain contact between relatives and users.
There seems to be a personal interest by staff in every aspect of my mothers care needs.

The staff of all grades were very caring, even though we were only there a week.
My wife was treated with dignity and professionalism throughout. Visiting by myself and the family was very good, as we came and went virtually as we wished.

My family and I found the home very welcoming. The staff were anxious to please and make the patient as comfortable as possible. They also kept the family informed, and if there was the slightest concern, medical help was consulted.

My mum has been living at Seven Arches for nearly three years. In that time she has been treated with kindness, respect and a great deal of care. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home. I feel completely at ease with all the kind, caring staff. Mum's clothes are washed and ironed and folded
away neatly every day, all staff are an assist to the home. One member of staff who arranges entertainment and outings is a ray of sunshine.

This was my first visit to my sister-in-law and I found the staff to be very attentive and friendly to the residents. It was very clean and tidy and no resident was left on their own. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

This is a very well run home with a very strong team of caring staff.
My mother has been a resident for over three years now.
Management is currently in the process of being changed, the temporary manager has not been in charge for long but is impressing.

My friend moved into Seven Arches Nursing Home a year ago.
She has settled in very nicely and seems to be well-liked by all the staff. The staff there are very friendly and seem to enjoy what they do.
The room she has is very comfortable and has just been re-decorated.
There are plenty of activities
and entertainment going on. She has been taken out to the local carvery and for pie and mash, which she thoroughly enjoyed.
We now have peace of mind, knowing that she is well looked after and gets three good meals a day.
I have no hesitation in recommending Seven Arches.

We have been very impressed over a 5-year association with Seven Arches with the homely atmosphere and the kindness of the staff and the respect they always show to the residents and relatives. Residents enjoy the benefit of lovely gardens and can involve themselves in a range of activities. The size
of the home is conducive to family members getting to know one another which makes an important contribution to the overall "home from home" feeling that pervades.


My one criticism relates to an over-reliance on a single lift for residents on the upper floor. There needs to be a backup contingency (in the form of a stair lift) for occasions when the lift is out of service (which it was for an extended period of many weeks earlier this year).

I am extremely pleased with the care that my father has received. He is always treated with dignity and compassion. Staff are happy and they try hard to brighten up his day. The standard of nursing care is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend the home to anyone in need of loving care and support.
The meals are very tasty too! Activities are well planned and a lot of extra time and effort goes into the organisation. Well done!

My brother has been living here sometime. We have found it to be warm, welcoming, friendly the food is excellent, excellent care.
Way and above what is required. My husband has been in hospital making it impossible for us to visit. Members of staff have used their own phones to phone me so my brother
has been able to talk to me which has been very important to him. I can't thank them enough.
