We are very pleased to hear that you found the team welcoming & caring, & that your husband was able to settle, enjoy his food & socialise in a way that suited him. It's also lovely to hear your comments about the home being clean, comfortable & well maintained. We appreciate your comments regarding staff identification. We do have photos of the management team displayed in reception & uniforms are colour coded, however we will continue to review how this can be made clearer. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the lift. The home does have a second lift in operation, although we recognise the distance may have been difficult. The lift in question is an original feature requiring bespoke parts & is currently being replaced, with works due to complete in the coming months.
