My stepdad loves Seven Arches, he tells me how lovely the staff are and how everyone knows him always saying hello and waving.
I can't fault, the home always smells clean he loves the food and the staff are always so polite, they go above and beyond.
It's lovely to be part of the activities they have
BBQs and aways put on something for special days like VE day. I feel so reassured that if I am not there he is in safe hands. Thank you to you all.

Very satisfied with everything - was surprised that the manager office was moved from ground floor up to the attic!! Seems that she is now further away if you wanted to see her if you had any problems.
Reply from Shan Visram, Director at Brookvale House

Thank you for your review of Brookvale House. The manager was only on the ground floor temporarily whilst work was being done to the office space upstairs. The manager will always be available and if she is not on the floor with the team, the admin can call her and she will make her way down to talk with the families about anything and resolve any concerns that you may have.

I visit a couple of times a month to see my brother-in-law. The Home is very welcoming and I know that my brother-in-law is very happy. He has settled well. The home is excellent staff are very nice very professional and very friendly. Always approachable if you have any questions to ask. However I did think it was a bit odd when the manager was moved to a new office which is now located right up in the top of the building.. before she was on the ground
floor which was more convienent to speak too. May I just add that we wish her well for her retirement and a big thank you to everybody.
Reply from Shan Visram, Director at Brookvale House

Thank you for your lovely review of Brookvale House. With regards to the location of the Manager's Office this was only a temporary move whilst work was being done to the existing office. Even with the Manager's office on the top floor, they do spend the majority of their time on the floor overseeing the Home. This will not change when the new manager starts and they will always been available for a chat when you are visiting.

My sister stays in Waterside, we have experienced care and consideration of the highest standard. Every effort is made to make residents feel at home. There room doors all feature images which reflect their past lives and interests, stimulating memory and engaging a sense of homeliness. Medical wards
are appropriately minimised and monitored by the team, liaising as necessary with extended agencies. An appropriate home which for many will be there last residence.

Excellence in every aspect of care. This is a home with staff that are superbly trained, compassionate and determined to make the time residents spend in the home happy, safe and enriching. My mum was so lucky to have found Ranvilles for the very last two years of her life. Her complex health needs
were met by every member of staff from RGN through to ancillary and administrative staff. She was able to live fully through the wonderful programme of activities, particularly the craft sessions. Staff focused on what she could do and built a programme around her personally. Having spent the last week with my mum as she slipped away, I can say with certainty that every aspect of the care patients received is careful, attentive, provided with dignity and absolute professionalism. This home is is an absolute credit to the care system - my family will never be able to thank you enough for all that you did for my mum.

My husband was discharged to Ranvilles Nursing Home in October 2024 where he had 24 hour one to one care. He was looked after very well by everyone that worked at Ranvilles. Everyone had a smile and a kind word for him and would do everything they could to help him eat and drink which was a huge challenge
for them. The family cannot thank Ranvilles enough for all their support not only for my husband but also us as a family. They kept us informed at all times and we cannot fault them at all just thank them 100%
