Lovely place. Staff extremely kind. Got me walking again after I cracked a hip.
Very careful and competent, always cheerful even when I was not. Thank you for all you do, and, in particular, for the long/permanent residents.
Assistance by the carers was excellent. (Day carers.) Night carers were agency and not always so obliging. Night nurses were excellent. The service given by cleaning staff, tea/coffee services, etc was excellent. Maintenance staff very friendly and obliging.
Very good. Can't be better. I would stay here again.
Sent to Abbey House for rehab following surgery to both legs. At Abbey for 3 weeks, bar one day. During my stay staff were always helpful, food excellent. Abbey House highly recommended.
My father was adamant he wasn't going into a nursing home. Unfortunately no choice. However, I have the comfort of knowing my father was given the utmost care and consideration. The greatest gift to me was to hear him tell me, despite his reservations, he loved it at Abbey House. He loved the staff and they loved him. So lucky to have found such a gem of a place and lovely staff. Can't recommend enough based on our family's experience. Wonderful.
I cannot say how much I have had so much pleasure and contentment as I have received. You would think that you were in a top hotel. Words fail me to describe how I was treated. Absolutely top class.
Moving from hospital to rehab was such a transition, really didn't know what to expect. So many of the staff to say thank you to for getting me mobilised and ready to go home. The care and compassion shown while I've been here has been outstanding. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
The home was very clean and the staff very good.
I have spent 5 weeks at Abbey House Netley. I have found staff friendly and reassuring and efficient. Food very good. In general, very good care for which I thank them.
All of the staff have made my mum feel very welcome and relaxed. This brings much comfort and peace of mind to me and my family. We are always met with a smile and
a cheerful word or two.
A big thank you to you all.
First-class. No complaints. Staff and management excellent. The only problem was not with the care home but they were stuck in the middle of liaison between Adult Services (Council) Occupational Health, External Care Provider on returning home, and the Re-enablement Team. The food choice could be a bit limited but was good quality and plentiful. Could get a hot drink/snack all hours of the day and night - better than most hotels!
Staff at all levels have been very caring at all levels and the service and care have been excellent. Due to personal problems, I have found them most supportive.
My stay here has been made so much easier by the care and attention of a kind and caring staff.
After 3 weeks here I feel that I can write with a degree of care. The word 'outstanding' sums up my deliberations. Wonderful, sympathetic care from everybody. Such friendliness throughout. Nothing appears to be too much trouble - kindness personified. Food outstanding. Totally satisfied. I will never forget the care, love and support I have received here.
From the first day I was moved to Netley I have been treated very well. All of the staff are a happy crew and nothing is too much trouble. In person, I have thanked them all for the help I receive.
Due to Covid-19 there are some options I cannot comment on. Overall since coming here from hospital I have been looked after well and the physio team have helped me a lot.
I have never met a more caring and helpful nursing and caring people ever. It will be a pleasure staying here.
Been very good to me all the time. Well done.
I cannot thank you enough for all care and love shown to me since I have been here. I call you all 'Angels on legs' and which I shall remember for the rest of my life. I have made many friendships too. So thank you one and all for my recovery and return to health. God bless you all.
