The manager and deputy manager are very hands on in providing an excellent care home, well managed. They are sensitive to individual patients needs whilst providing the care they require. My mother is full of praise for all the staff from the cleaners, catering, laundry and nursing. She has had to go
back and forwards to hospital and this has been well coordinated.

My mother is happy at the home, she says we chose the right home. To date she/we have no complaints only praises. The staff are very caring and helpful to my mum and our family. I would recommend 100%

My Mum has just spent her first full month at the Chandlers Ford Care Home and it could not have gone any better. She has settled in really well. Her room is lovely and clean and well maintained for her needs. All the staff at the home have made her feel welcome and accepted her as one of 'the care
home family'. All the services, food, cleaning, hair dressing etc has been first class and we feel as a family the home is perfect for our Mum. It has also been great for our Dad as he knows she is being well looked after when he is not there. Thank you.

My wife has been in a number of care homes over the last couple of years, however out of all of them, she has been so content and happy at Chandlers Ford. Her continued care is first class. She is really happy and I am very appreciative of everything the care home do for her.
