Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review, we are sad that the relationship had to end. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure that residents needs and safety are being met, we also have to ensure that our staff are safe. Sometimes despite our best efforts, we have to recognise that there will be occasions where we have to acknowledge when a person’s needs change and they can no longer be safely cared for in a particular setting, despite all of our efforts and interventions. We strive to provide an outstanding quality of care and improve our resident's experience wherever possible. We wish you both all the best in the future.

I’m passionate about creating a strong team culture, supporting staff to work to the level of their expertise and training and adapting to changing models of care. Making sure each nurse under my care is equipped to deliver a high level of service at all times.
I’m very family-orientated and enjoy spending time with the family, managing the children's hectic lives and enjoying days out. I’ve a particular interest in Theatre and gardening.
I started my career as a registered nurse in 1999 at Wanless hospital in a small city in India. I came to the UK in May 2003 and started to work within a care home organisation in Hertfordshire, I then moved to Southampton in 2010 with my wife and 2 children.
I have worked in different roles as a nurse (senior nurse, acting deputy, deputy manager, acting manager).
As a nurse, I have been passionate about caring for residents. I like to work with my team to promote and empower them. Nursing is my primary job role, but I also worked in other departments as needed to ensure the residents’ care is not affected.
I enjoy watching movies [comedy], and listening to Christian songs. I have a great sense of humour.
