Review from Keith D (Nephew of Resident) published on 9 March 2018 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

I've always found the staff to be pleasant and caring and very approachable when I've turned up unannounced. My aunt has always looked very smart and cared for.

I believe I have made the best choice for my aunt as I find it very hard to find fault with the home or staff.

This care home is very welcoming, very clean and delightful to walk into. Staff are always cheerful and I have found my wife has always had the best attention one could get. I am able to visit her every day for 2 hours so I feel part of the family.

Sarah CostacheJob Title:Deputy ManagerJoined: 2023

I joined homefield house as Deputy Manager in March 2023.

I started my career when I left school 29 years ago, after spending much time in and out of hospital with my father.

My first job was as an Housekeeping Assistant for the mount hospital and from there, I realised I have a passion to look after people and making a real difference to peoples’ lives.

My career opened up new opportunities to develop my skills, working towards a higher level in management.

I have been in a management role since 2017, working in various health care settings. I am continuing to develop my skills and I am always looking for ways to challenge myself.
