The level of care he receives is impeccable. All staff are kind, caring, alongside respectful, understanding and professional. They have given us peace, knowing Dad couldn't be better cared for. Thank you.

I love the cleanliness and also the room she is in. They have lots of activities and they keep her as busy as she can be.

My father was cared hurt for here for two months when his condition deteriorated so much that he needed nursing care. He was well looked after and the staff were considerate and caring. It was clearly a well run home and with excellent nurses managing all care. The home came into its own in the final days of my father's life. All the staff was so understanding and nothing was too difficult. The nurses explained everything and were outstanding in a difficult situation. They were supported by all the other staff to make my dad's passing a calm and peaceful end.

My father moved into Ranvilles from another care home which could no longer meet his needs. I am so happy with the care that Dad now receives. Each and every one of the nurses and care staff are really making the home a lovely place, full of love, and making Dad feel as settled and loved as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for all the staff and we are always made to feel welcome and comfortable every time we go to visit him. I can leave Dad after each visit with much more ease, feeling safe in the fact that he will be really well looked after 24/7. Cannot fault the home and so happy Dad is settled thanks to all the wonderful people who work there.

I have been at Ranvilles just over 5 months, very helpful and supportive team in all aspects. I didn't know how long I would be here for but the home has ensured that I have had the support to rehabilitate me to allow me to go home. Very well mannered to all my visitors. I will greatly miss the team at Ranvilles.

Every time I have been to Ranvilles my brother is always well cared for. The staff have all the time and patience and so relaxed and so patient with him. All staff have a kind welcoming manner.

I am totally satisfied with the care and attention my husband receives; but also the support and help that is given to me. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and I know how much my husband appreciates the staff. They keep me informed about his health and welfare at all times. I think it is a well run home and is excellent in everything they do.

I found that Ranvilles care home for dementia residents was well staffed with very caring nurses and care assistants who do a fantastic job. My only complaint would be that the Manager could have shown a bit of compassion towards my best friend, whose brother passed away having stayed at the home instead of saying nothing to him when we came over to take back his belongings. She was more interested in putting things in the skip than offering any kind of compassion.

Dad always looked clean and well cared for, the home is spotless and the staff friendly and attentive.

My husband came to this care home with advanced dementia and Myeloma. From the first day, I could see how clean and happy the residents and home was. It was a very friendly and relaxed as a home should be. The staff were always alert to any needs the residents and my husband needed. He was treated with dignity and care until his death.

My dad spent a month at Ranvilles and died there in October 2019. I cannot fault it without exception. The staff were respectful, caring and compassionate. We were kept informed of any changes in his condition and in the 48 hours before his death, he was treated with great dignity. Ranvilles is clean and comfortable, the food was appetising and the garden lovely. As of October 2019, the CQC rates Ranvilles as inadequate do not trust CQC! Ranvilles is excellent and I recommend it.

Ranvilles were an excellent home for my mother. The staff, admin, carers, nurses and other staff were one hundred per cent. When visiting Mum I know other residents were in the same condition, however it was really nice to visit the home. All the residents seemed to understand what was going on and they were very friendly. It opened my eyes to what goes on with dementia patients. Good luck to the home in the future and thanks for caring for my mother. Telephone calls from the home to me were excellent when things went wrong.

I am very pleased with the care.

My wife has been a resident at Ranvilles for nearly four years and our family believe she is receiving some of the best care available. I visit her almost every day and both staff and management show a great respect and consideration for both residents and relatives.

Ranvilles is a pleasant secure residential home that affords my father a good quality of life. The vast majority of the staff are pleasant, amicable and treat my father with dignity and respect showing genuine care and professionalism in their job. I was wary about care homes in general but Ranvilles is a great place to reside.

Something needs to be done about the occasional overpowering smell which is very unpleasant.

The management team, nurses and carers are all approachable as are the rest of the staff and they work well together.
