Since becoming a resident I have found all staff to be helpful, kind and considerate. I am able to choose daily what I would like to eat. My room is light and bright and cleaned daily. Activities/entertainment is varied and enjoyable. Overall I am very happy.

All standards are very high with most importantly excellent care from nurses and carers for my mother. All support staff are kind and develop good relationships with residents and visitors. Much attention is given to a lively, stimulating environment and activities which I've enjoyed with my mother as well as lovely lunches together there. My thanks go to everyone.

My mother has been a resident for the last 17 months having been discharged directly from hospital. As an amputee, she needs the extra care/attention which is always provided by dedicated staff. All staff/management treat everything with dignity and laughter can be regularly heard. Food is prepared and cooked to a high standard and residents are able to choose what they would like on a daily basis. There are regular activities and a garden for those who are able to use it in the summer. Overall standard and quality of rooms are of a bright and happy home which is highly recommended.

My husband was cared for by the Bluebell for two years. His physical and mental health was poor but the staff worked hard and thoughtfully to make him as happy and comfortable as possible. He was confined to bed and needed bed sore treatment which was successful. The nursing care was excellent...

Bluebell Nursing Home has provided care, dignity, respect, and support to my mother since 2012. There is never a time to cause for concern. Meals mare of an excellent standard, 3 courses 3 times a day. Although mum is assisted the staff show care and patience. Bluebell is as caring to myself, providing support when I feel times are tough but at the end of the day, Bluebell is like a family to me now and I appreciate all they do.
