Chorleywood Beaumont Nursing Home has a stable core team of staff – many of which have worked there for over 10 years. The committed team work hard to ensure that all provision is tailored to the individual, while allowing them to make the most of a relaxed and homely atmosphere.
In December 2021 the home underwent a major refurbishment which has given it a ‘wow’ impact.

Physio is important but sadly lacking here and the chaotic laundry needs attention. Pyjamas disappear for days on end! But all the staff are superb!

Unfortunately, Health and Safety in care homes prohibit us allowing windows to be fully open and the use of window restrictors need to be in place. I will add it has been an absolute pleasure looking after both your parents over the last 5 years. It was an absolute joy to have hosted the wedding for your nephew and new bride so as to allow your mother to attend.

I moved into one of the apartments in Chorleywood Beaumont in 2017 when my wife became a resident in the nursing suite. I was born on 7th June 1929 and have lived in and around the Chorleywood area for many years. I was nominated as the Resident Ambassador in 2018. The role of Resident Ambassador includes being a voice on the views of other residents within the home on the day-to-day management in the home, supporting with tasks such as resident meetings, activities and events, and meeting visitors looking for a home for a loved one to share my experience of living here. I really enjoy my role. It's great getting to know everyone and meeting lots of interesting people. I look forward to welcoming you into our home soon.
