Very nice with the staff, some residents.
I am allowed out at reasonable times and I have been here some years.
I still see my daughter and grandchildren.
I have to thank some members of staff, especially those who organised this place to being what it is.

Welcomed by staff and tea, coffee and biscuits provided. My sister does not know who I am and visiting is difficult. I am happy that the staff are doing all they can in difficult circumstances.

Job Title: Manager Joined: 2023

My name is Sharon, I joined MD Homes in February 2023 and have worked in the healthcare sector for over 30 years.


I have worked with learning disabilities, mental health, elderly, frail and palliative care residents. I aim to create a service that empowers our residents to make decisions and retain independence wherever possible. I know the importance of compassionate, respectful care, and my main focus is to treat every client as an individual, building personalised care packages to meet their needs.


I am delighted to be part of the MD Homes team and to share my experience and skills while working closely with the staff and residents at Northwood.
