She joined our Wells House family in 2016 as a Registered Nurse and has continued to grow within our team, being promoted to Deputy Manager in 2023. Mihaela is bilingual and speaks Romanian and English, which allows her to connect with a diverse range of residents and staff.

With a Level 3 qualification in Professional Cookery, Sandip has a talent for adapting his meals to suit all preferences, ensuring every resident enjoys delicious and satisfying dishes. Whether it’s a classic comfort meal or something new and exciting, Sandip takes great care in tailoring his cooking to meet the individual tastes of our residents.
