Mihaela's career in healthcare began in 2014 when she worked as a dedicated Health Care Assistant. She joined our Wells House family in 2016 as a Registered Nurse and has continued to grow within our team, being promoted to Deputy Manager in 2023. Mihaela is bilingual and speaks Romanian and English, which allows her to connect with a diverse range of residents and staff.
Her commitment, leadership, and genuine care for others have made a significant impact on our home.

Outside of work, James has a passion for fishing and enjoys spending his free time by the water. He is a familiar and friendly face around the home, known to all the residents for his warm demeanour and willingness to help whenever needed.

Sandip has been a valued member of the Wells House team for over 5 years, and during that time, he’s earned a special place in the hearts of both residents and families. With a Level 3 qualification in Professional Cookery, Sandip has a talent for adapting his meals to suit all preferences, ensuring every resident enjoys delicious and satisfying dishes. Whether it’s a classic comfort meal or something new and exciting, Sandip takes great care in tailoring his cooking to meet the individual tastes of our residents.
Sandip's love for cooking shines through in every dish, and his infectious energy makes him a familiar and cherished presence at Wells House. Outside of work, Sandip enjoys traveling and discovering new food cultures, always bringing fresh inspiration back to his cooking.
