Many thanks for your positive review and warm words about Westbank. We were honoured to look after your mother-in-law and we are very proud of the team and home at Westbank. Thank you again for your kind review.
The care which she received from all the staff was fantastic, and the ambience of the home was excellent.
She has had to move on due to social services funding,
Senior staff are extensively knowledgeable and encourage high standards throughout. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for the carers and they try hard to accommodate my mother's individual needs. Kitchen staff endeavour to cater for her personal tastes and the nursing staff are conscientious in their responsibilities. I feel confident that my mother is being well cared for. It is a pleasure to visit her in the home; I am always made to feel welcome and valued as part of the community.
