We are sorry that we have not provided the expected level of care to your mother-in-law. However, we are in regular contact with our residents and their relatives and our latest surveys have indicated that the vast majority of them are satisfied with the level of service we provide in respect to resident personal care, food, smell, resident presentation, activities, building cleanliness and managerial oversight.
It is good that 6 months on your mother-in-law has settled in well and we trust that she continues to be well looked after in her new home.
