Overall Experience
I cannot recommend Carlisle Lodge highly enough. Both my mother and father-in-law were resident there for several years and I cannot fault the care. From the moment they arrived when their wishes and preferences were accommodated, as they became frailer and needed more nursing care, to their final hours when they were treated with respect and dignity and at no time left alone.
The staff also cared for the wider family, keeping us informed and being aware of our needs as well.
The matron has built up a team of dedicated staff, with very low rates of staff turnover and every member of the staff is equally committed to the ethos of being a caring friendly environment.

Thank you.
