Superb. Dad had a fall at his residential home and after 5 weeks in hospital, he went to Inglewood Nursing Home. Dad needed assistance with everything. The care he received was beyond excellent and given with love and understanding.

The management team are always welcoming and ready to help. The sisters and carers are always cheerful and ready to help residents, sometimes under very difficult circumstances. Everywhere is kept clean. The gardens are neat, colourful and interesting. Very important to people who have given up their homes and have enjoyed their garden. Lovely conservatory/lounge to sit in and look out of. Activities for residents/visitors varied and interesting. Excellent!

My aunt spent the last month of her life in Inglewood. Such a lovely place. Everyone was so kind and caring to my Aunt - as a family we could not have asked for better and during such a difficult time for us, the staff had time to support us all well.

Looked after dad very well. Always very kind to him. A nursing home that has a very homely look and a lovely relaxed atmosphere for both residents and their visitors. Dad was unable to use the lounge very much due to the gradual deterioration of his condition but there were always lots of activities going on for all levels and they included room visit activities.

My mum was very poorly and frail when she moved into Inglewood. Immediately she was well cared for by all the staff which did everything they could to make her comfortable and peaceful. The staff were also very kind and welcoming to us at any time of the day.

I was very happy my mother was with you at this time and thank you all for everything you have done.

My stay was made very pleasant due to excellent management and wonderful staff. The accommodation was very pleasant, the room was kept very clean. The food was good although sometimes it arrived a bit cold. I couldn't have been looked after better.

I went in from hospital after surgery for post operation treatment and respite care. I was well treated by many helpful and friendly staff, who were always pleasant. Food was good, varied and well cooked. I took part in some activities when I felt better, which I enjoyed, the lovely garden which much appreciated. One small point, some large print books would be useful for people with poor sight. I was well satisfied with the experience at Inglewood and would go there again If I ever required nursing care etc.

The staff at the home were helpful and caring in settling my husband in for a week's respite care. I was very satisfied by the way they looked after him and pleased by the way they provided activities and outings. I would definitely like my husband to stay at Inglewood again.

The cleanliness and ambience of the home is good, as is the food and laundry. The medical staff and carers are generally very good, though sometimes new staff take time to adjust to schedules and on occasion language. My mother is well cared for and staff are attentive. Reception is always welcoming.

Although my mum wasn't at Inglewood for long, the time she had there was lovely. Mum was made to feel special and her needs catered for. Even in her final hours the staff looked after Mum and the family that were there with her.

Mum arrived five weeks before she passed away from lung cancer to receive palliative care. We did not know at this point how long she had. She quickly settled in with the help of the nurses and carers. She had a lovely room with views of the pretty garden. The care she received was exceptional from all members of staff. I didn't realise a nursing home would be so nice and welcoming. visiting mum daily we were constantly offered drinks and food too. Keep up the good work Inglewood.

My mother originally went to the home for 2 weeks to recover from a hip fracture. From the moment I looked around the home I was made to feel welcome and supported. My mother remained at Inglewood for 6 weeks and then made her decision to stay there permanently. The activities programme is second to none and all staff treat her well. I can only say that I would recommend Inglewood without hesitation.
