Found the staff to be welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The atmosphere was serene and happy.
The entrance and day lounge were extremely clean and fresh.
I’m unable to remark on my mother’s room as I’m yet to see this, but my mother is happy.
There are planned activities on a regular basis which my
mother finds very enjoyable.
Not having first hand experience on the care and support, I’m unable to comment, but my mother seems to be happy, and that’s important to me.
Not tasted the food or seen the preparation, so unable to comment. I know that my mother has enjoyed her food.

I have always found the staff both extremely caring for my wife and helpful to me. Staff always seem very efficient concerning my wife's many needs, and in these trying times, giving me a Covid-19 test. Altogether, a very well run home.

I have found it a very happy place for my wife and other residents. The staff are fantastic.
From when the new manager started, I have seen the improvements.
Activities are great, and they help the residents. We all have a lovely time, and it's a lovely atmosphere.
I have been to a lot of homes
in my time, and nothing beats this one!

I am very impressed with this excellent home, the staff are very friendly, polite and professional. The atmosphere is 'cheerful'. The rooms are spotless (very very clean) and decorated tastefully. I like the outdoor area (well-maintained garden). There are plenty of books and activities for residents
and visitors to occupy themselves. It is more like a hotel! My mother-in-law says the food is very nutritious an appetising.

My mother, who is now 96, has been a resident in this home since March 2016 after being discharged from hospital as "bed-bound". I am entirely satisfied with the care and attention she has received here, and this to a great degree makes up for my own regret that she was not able to return to her own
home. I particularly draw attention to the exemplary personal attitude and motivation of many of the staff, given that this, above all, is not in any way a purchasable commodity. When I chose this home from all the others I visited, I particularly thought of the relatively small number of residents, the fact that this is a relatively new and purpose-designed building, and the relaxed and friendly attitude of the staff. Given the innate difficulties of dealing with people who may often be substantially mentally-disoriented and/or distressed I continue to think that this home provides a very high standard of care, and have had no reason to regret my choice.

I moved my aunt into this care home in May where she spent the last months of her life. She was immediately struck by the quality of care and affection she received. She repeatedly thanked me for finding "such a nice place"
This was the only car home I visited which did not abandon residents in front
of a blaring telly for hours every day.
I liked the open and responsive management style and was impressed by the residents' meetings with the manager to discuss their concerns.
