Camelot is the only Care Home with nursing owned by the proprietor Ms Susan Munro.

It is well positioned for access to the town of Worthing, the seafront and regular bus and train services.

It is a comfortable home with a good atmosphere, always commented on by visitors.

The staff team create a loving environment in which residents live.

It has an outside area where residents can enjoy afternoon tea and where visitors are welcome to spend time with a family member, as well as a delightful, large lounge where residents and their families can celebrate birthdays as well as just watch TV or enjoy sitting quietly with a book.

The home's activity person and her volunteer provide various activities some from outside entertainers and in-house sessions, all of which are enjoyed by the residents.

They also provide a one to one session according to the wishes of the resident.

Room service is offered as well as a lovely bright dining room. They have an excellent 4-week menu, with a variety of choices; they can accommodate most dietary requirements. Food is available 24 hours a day.

The chef is very flexible and is happy to accommodate residents' preferences.

- Overall this home is very well managed.
- The staff are kind, helpful and friendly.
- The food is excellent and the chef makes a huge effort to make sure residents get food they enjoy, catering to special needs.

Unfortunately at the young age of 62 years, Dad required nursing care due to his Diabetes and other related health conditions. From the moment we entered the building, it felt like home! Dad undoubtedly found it hard to accept how his life had changed so dramatically but with the friendliness and patience
of the staff he settled. Dad had chosen not to receive any further medical treatment which was respected by the staff until the very end. I and the family can't thank the staff enough for the outstanding care and support they gave to all of us especially Dad through a very difficult time. I would not have wanted him to have been anywhere else!

The home is great!
The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming - you can tell that they care deeply about the residents and do everything they can to help!
The home itself is always kept in pristine condition and the food is also great.

From the start of my step-father's respite stay at Camelot, the staff were caring, attentive and professional. The home was well-managed. They were very reassuring towards my stepfather, who really was not happy about going into respite, but my mother, aged 92 really needed a rest after caring for many
years. But he was very well looked after and the staff dealt with all his care and health issues very well. They kept us informed about his wellbeing and we felt confident that he was in a good place and his care needs were well looked after. They were welcoming towards us every time we visited and would pop in to have a chat with my stepfather even though they were busy. The home had a warm, family-like atmosphere.
Overall, the staff were loving towards him and treated him with dignity and kindness. We would highly recommend this care home, which is well-run by warm and professional team, and we so grateful for all they have done for us.

Mr father was resident since 31/07/23 until he recently passed away. The care he received during his stay was exemplary, I could not speak more highly of all the staff that looked after him and cared for him during his stay and I know he thoroughly enjoyed living there, from the meals he had, to the
quizzes or singers that came in, he always had a smile on his face when we saw him. He was always treated with dignity up to the last. It felt like he was just part of their family and he was treated as such.

My sister had been a service user of the Camelot Nursing Home for 5 years. I found the staff to be kind, caring and approachable. My sister passed away recently, having endured a long illness. The care she received during the last few days of her life was delivered with dignity and kindness. The staff

Sadly, my mother has now passed away, but the care given to her by the staff of Camelot has been excellent over the past two years that she lived there. She was treated with nothing but kindness and that's all we wished for in the later years of her life.

I have only praise for the excellent care Dad received at Camelot. The staff were kind, cheerful, positive and thoughtful. They always treated him as an individual and understood his needs. His physical care was of the highest standard and my family and I always felt welcome. Thank you to everyone.

My mother-in-law has been in the home for respite care with a view to permanent care. She has settled so well, which I am sure is due to the care and diligence of all the staff at the home. No matter the facilities at a home, the value lies in the quality of the staff. Everyone is helpful, friendly
and caring. My mother-in-law has the highest praise for them and the care she has received to date. This is such a comfort to her family that she is so settled.

My mother who is now one hundred and one is very settled in Camelot Nursing Home. She has been there for sixteen months and is very well cared for by all the staff. Everyone seems kind, caring and happy to receive visitors.

The staff have made my mother, who is disabled, very welcome and she has experienced very good care from the start. She is newly registered with a local GP and there is good cooperation with the home and local surgery. The staff actually monitor all her needs and review her weight and this has reduced
the family's concerns about her health and well-being. This has meant that my mother has adapted well to the change brought about by having to live in a nursing home and she is happily settled in her new home.

My good friend was placed here after a very awkward situation. She has now been here for around eight/nine months. She is very happy, clean and very healthy. As a registered nurse, this nursing/rest home is very, very good, the staff are amazing, kind caring and very helpful indeed. My star rating is

Dad came to Camelot Nursing & Residential Care Home from a rehabilitation ward following a stroke. We were advised that Dad was unable to walk. He was very weak and confused. After just a few weeks at Camelot, Dad is eating well (he says the food is delicious) and is much stronger. He is now able to
walk using a simmer after receiving a lot of encouragement. He says the staff are lovely and he enjoys chatting with them. Dad has settled in well and is much less confused. I'm always made to feel very welcome when visiting. Staff are on hand at all times if you have any questions. Dad's room is airy, clean and spacious.

A sad moment in my life when my mum had to spend her final years in a nursing home. Management put my mind at rest that Mum would be cared and nursed for with affection. My mum now seems happy, some days better than others.
