The staff are all outstanding and care a great deal about the residents. The team is very responsive as was demonstrated with the swift changes they made to accommodate my husband's dramatically increased needs after hospitalisation. Lunch was so beautifully presented the other day that I almost took a photograph of it to put on social media to show what can be achieved in a nursing home and I'm delighted that the activities programme includes physical therapy and movement. I am very happy with the home.

The staff are very attentive and approachable and this shines through as the residents always seem content and happy. The home is well managed and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and it is always very clean and tidy. We are glad that our mother is staying with you.

We've been very happy with the care for Mum since she's been at Maplehurst Nursing Home and the support offered to the whole family. It's a lovely friendly environment and everyone is very caring which really shows through.

I think the staff are amazing, very caring and attentive. My parents are extremely well looked after at Maplehurst Nursing Home and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for the team. There is a family feeling to the home with real affection between staff and residents.

All your staff are so cheerful, kind and patient not only to the residents but also to the relatives. The care is second to none and the quality of the food has always been outstanding, which is important to us. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the manager and the wonderful team at Maplehurst for all the brilliant work they have done throughout the pandemic and continue to do. I have found all things to be excellent. I am delighted and so relieved to have found such a good place for Mum. The staff are really amazing and the home is very well-led. Knowing that Mum is looked after with such thought and kindness gives me great peace of mind.

I cannot speak too highly of the all-round care provided by Maplehurst; it is excellent in all respects. My wife has thrived in the four years she has been there. The staff and management are extremely attentive and compassionate.

The staff and management at Maplehurst always go beyond the call of duty. During covid-19 they have all been simply extraordinary and worked very hard to keep it out of the home. I highly recommend them to anyone needing nursing care.

My husband has been a resident here since February and I am very happy with the care he is receiving. The carers are all friendly and supportive and he enjoys their company. The food is good and they take time to make sure he eats as he needs help with this. The home itself is very clean and doesn't smell. It doesn't have ensuite rooms but the rooms are light and comfortable and can be individualised. They have coped very well during the Covid crisis.

The care of the staff is exceptional. Everyone is kind, thoughtful, and attentive. They know the residents well. I am a qualified social worker and visit many care homes; none come close to Maplehurst in their commitment to the residents and the care provided. The staff constantly surprise me with how they interact with the residents. They have managed the Covid-19 crisis with their usual thoroughness, and strong focus on the needs of the residents.

We think Mum is looked after very well. We have a good relationship with the management who are very approachable.

I can not fault the care my husband has received since arriving at Maplehurst. Also, as busy as they are, the staff always find time to talk to me and listen to any concerns I may have. Thank you to everyone!

A wonderful family home. I enjoy visting, the care staff are lovely and always on hand to offer a cup of tea. My brother is very well cared for in this happy environment.
