Maplehurst Nursing Home

The whole package - the staff are absolutely excellent. Whenever I come, which is frequently, I always feel welcome. I really can't fault Maplehurst. I looked around three places and Maplehurst was by far best. It is truly wonderful.

At the end of my mother's life, we spent a lot more time at Maplehurst. The staff were very accommodating and there were never any issues, whatever time of day or night we arrived or how long we stayed. I can honestly say that for me and my family, Maplehurst was the very best home we could have had for Mum.

I rate Maplehurst Nursing Home as outstanding on all criteria and would highly recommend it to anyone else requiring nursing care for a loved one. Many thanks for looking after my mother so well! Keep up the good work.

I have always found the staff to be thoughtful, efficient and helpful during my visits to my mother. Going to Maplehurst has been a very very positive experience for my mother.

My husband had several issues on admission, including a significant bed sore. The level of clinical and nursing support has been excellent and his improvement has been dramatic with his issues healed up. He moved from a larger home to a smaller home and the overall standards have been outstanding. This is reflected in the "small touches" as he is always beautifully tucked in, with lots of pillows, and happy and content when I visit. I recommend Maplehurst highly.

As a family we are so grateful and pleased to have moved mum and dad to Maplehurst. They are treated with respect and understanding for the problems they have. The management and staff are unfailingly committed, helpful and caring - they do a wonderful job and it is reassuring to know mum and dad could not be in better hands. A huge "thank you".
