My mother received care of a phenomenally high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for the very caring and attentive staff and my mother was treated as an individual, with dignity and respect. Activities arranged for the residents were always very well thought through, and we were often invited to join in, especially at Christmas when we were treated to wonderful carol singing. I cannot praise the staff and manager highly enough - they became like a second family.
Melrose is a great care home, the staff are very kind, nothing is too much trouble. Our parents have all received care at Melrose at some point. The manager is the most amazing lady I think it comes from the top. The owner is also lovely, very visible and again a trained nurse so very supportive. The care here is very good we have be very pleased with it always. We enjoy the entertainment days with our parents too... Thanks all the team.....
