I am contacted immediately there is a concern about his health. All the staff are very welcoming to visitors and encourage social
I visited several homes and guided by instinct I knew immediately it was the right place for my partner. Apart from the beautiful gardens on entering the home for the first time I found it to be a very harmonious, homely atmosphere. There is also a real sense of friendly teamwork among all the staff which filtrates through to the patient, love and care they give to those they look after and a welcome too for the person visiting (me).
All this I believe the manager has helped to create, who has a very balanced, approachable, aloof of role, hands on style of management who personally cares about those he has in his care and gets things done. I like this. My partner and myself too have benefited from this.
I have only been able to commend on the short time that my partner has been at Westhampnett House but I have been visiting every day and each day has been the same. It is really care requiring a lot of thanks.
