Overall Experience

My mother lived at Bramley Court for the last 7 and a half years of her life, initially with residential care and later with dementia care. I can very highly recommend it. In particular the care staff were wonderful, always attentive, caring and ensuring her well-being. Management of the home was not entirely satisfactory during the first few years, but in the last 4 years has been very good.

Since moving into Bramley Court last July, mum has improved so much. She seems really settled and at home. The staff are more than caring, and everything is brilliant. There is a pleasant atmosphere and everyone is friendly.

Overall Experience

Since my father-in-law moved in last August we have had nothing but praise for Bramley. They have made him feel very safe and he is now eating a normal healthy diet and is kept clean and presentable. He is so happy with all the staff, which gives us peace of mind when we go on holidays. Any queries or concerns we have are taken on board straight away or have already been picked up and noted. We are so pleased he is in Bramley and know that his final years will be happy and safe.
