We're so saddened to read your review. Our dedicated team members are always on hand to support your mother during mealtimes and these interactions, along with the mealtime experiences of all residents across our home, are regularly observed by myself and senior members of our team as part of our quality assurance process. Our varied lifestyles and well-being schedule are a central part of life at Bramley and it's developed in partnership with our residents and what their interests are. Whilst some events are on our ground floor, being our largest communal area, residents from across our home join in too. We also hold a number of different events in our other communities as well as regular 1-2-1 time. We always encourage your mother to the variety of activities, including things like our weekly choir which we're delighted she enjoys. However, sometimes she doesn't feel like taking part and we will always respect her wishes. Please get in touch if you'd like to discuss anything at all.
Thank you for taking the time to review the care at Bramley Court. We are so glad you also feel supported and part of our Bramley family. I will share your kind words with all of the team.

Judith has extensive senior care experience having worked in the sector since leaving college. In a career spanning over 20 years within elderly care, mental health and supported living management roles, Judith has run two large Bupa homes and held the position of Senior General Manager for Barchester Healthcare.
As head of the Bramley Family, Judith supports the continuation of outstanding, person-centred care that residents expect and deserve.
Speaking about her role, Judith said: “I love Bramley Court’s ethos of really getting to know and love our residents, looking beyond someone’s medical and physical needs, to deliver the best possible care. That’s something I’m really passionate about. We have a skilled, well-established team which put compassionate care at the forefront of everything we do.”
When not at Bramley Court, Judith enjoys spending time with her family. She likes to relax with a good book and also loves to travel.
Maureen began her career in care over 21 years ago as a carer in a nursing home and has been supporting older people in a variety of fulfilling roles ever since. She joined Bramley Court 12 years ago as a Senior Carer, quickly progressing to Team Leader where she was proud to oversee the launch of our dementia community. Later she became our Deputy Manager. However, supporting residents to live well with dementia has been a great passion for Maureen and led her to one of her proudest moments; winning the East of England Great British Care Award for Dementia Care in 2010. As Director of Dementia, Bramley Court is Maureen’s second home and she never wavers in her passion for respecting and supporting our residents to live their very best lives.
