Excellent service throughout the home. All staff very friendly and caring. Plenty of activities for those who are interested and quiet areas and gardens for those wanting more peace and quiet. Good location.

Nikki and her whole team work hard to keep family members informed and reassured. As a family we are very glad dad is in a home from home.

I find the staff at Heathfield to be friendly, helpful and very caring towards the residents. The Home is clean, well decorated and the weekly programme offers something for everybody. My aunt has been on outings, which she has enjoyed very much.

We were thrilled about this decision because we are very impressed with Bridge House and the high level of care we have seen when we have been visiting dad. We are happy to know that the high standards of care at Bridge House and its professional but friendly staff will look after our dad.

My mum has lived at Heathfield Court since Jan 2026. She is very happy there and is receiving the best care. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are caring and professional. There's always lots of activities for the residents to do and entertainment organised on a regular basis. It may be expensive but my mum deserves the best and great care comes at a price.

I truly cannot fault it

The only point I would like to comment on is..................................

I have another aunt who is a resident in a nursing home. Her monthly fees are considerably less than those at Heathfield Court and she has her own phone landline in her room, as all rooms in her nursing home have. She does get charged (as would be expected) for outward calls but as you can imagine, it is so much easier to call directly into her room.

We are very satisfied with the care my father is receiving at Acorn Court. The care given to my father is completed with respect and dignity and the staff are all really lovely to us as a family and to his friends when we visit him. I recently joined a care plan meeting where they spent the time to listen to my questions and explain my father's situation. He is definitely in the best place in his situation.

I feel assured that my Dad is safe and cared for. It has been good to get to know the team that look after him - they understand his ways and let me know if he is unwell, or needs anything. Dad is not always an 'easy customer', but Acorn have done their best to meet his needs.

All staff are welcoming. The care staff are always helpful, and keep me updated on my Father's condition. Dad really enjoys the outings. Parking can be difficult at times, but does not cause to much of a problem

From visiting on a regular basis with a close relative who has died to visiting a friend the care home is outstanding.They really make you feel inclusive very welcoming and they really respect and listen to the residents.Communication is key and from Cleaners to Managers, Nursing staff any concerns are addressed immediately. I feel the residents are all happy, engaged and treated with dignity.The range of activities and the weekly planner excels in engaging everyone ,and there is something for everyone regardless of residents abilities. They have the choice of participating and are offered regular trips out and about. The home is sparkling clean and each resident has their own private space, my friend says it's like a home from home. The food is exceptional and with lots of choice well balanced nutritional and restaurant worthy. Everybody is so inclusive making it feel like one big family and the staff are professional and a credit to the home. Excellence personified!

My husband has advanced Parkinsons & Lewy body dementia. He was been cared for at home but i was recommended Bramley Court Care Home in Histon. The care has been amazing and he has settled in very happily. All the carers & staff are wonderful I could not ask for more. Even when I get a little down they are there to support me. Thank goodness for Bramley Court Care Home.

My mother has been here for around 2 months. There has been such an improvement in her. They are so lovely & so caring of her.

The high temperatures this month added to the problems my wifes condition inflict on her. The request for an air conditioning unit in her room was considered and accepted, ordered and installed in fast order. Thank you to all management, maintence staff etc who were involved. A very satisfactory result. The nursing and care teams have become vital links to my wifes comfort and well being as well as to myself and our family, we've gained a whole set of new family friends. Thank you.

Every day I visit my Husband. Every day all the carers call me by my name & are always friendly & smiley with me. They tell me how my Husband has been. It is very reassuring. I know he is in safe hands & is being looked after with care & love. I am really pleased with his care. It feels like a family.

They try really hard to make my mum included at all times

My mother moved into Brooklands in July, when sadly she was no longer able to manage @ home. We had looked at several Care Homes, but Brooklands was the only Home, after visiting, was the one we wanted our mother to come to. We were very impressed when we visited and have no regrets in Choosing Brooklands. We consider the staff exceptional in their care and friendliness. We believe the Home certainly goes the extra mile in all it does, and our Mum is happy.
