Littleport Grange Residential Home

Mum is very happy and well cared for. Sometimes it does take a while for the phone to be answered, but remember that there are a lot of residents to care for. Patience is a virtue I was brought up with. The staff have always been helpful and friendly on the phone or in person. The entertainment aspect is brilliant always something for them to do if they wish. A big thank you to all the staff.

Getting hold of staff to check on the welfare of my father is very difficult. When you do get through staff are very rude and do not speak good English. Zoom calls are difficult to set up as staff do not understand what they are doing so then we then become the host of the call, once set up the call is not joined on their end so a total waste of time. It is a lot of money to stay there and my father slept in his chair for over a year. I realise older persons can be difficult and stubborn but don't feel enough or anything has been done to make his bed more comfortable.
