Thank you for your feedback which is always valuable in helping us deliver the best we can for every resident. We were very sorry to see that you didn’t feel able to score us 4 and above in every category and would be more than happy to discuss your concerns further with you. Our home is running to the same standards and staffing levels it was in November last year and these standards are set above and beyond any minimum standard set by most care homes. I can reassure you that our safeguarding procedures are in place and rigidly adhered to at all times. Our activities are a key part of the great lifestyle we deliver to all of our residents and happen every day but we personalise this for residents whenever possible and are open to any and all requests for specific activities if they wish them.
