My Dad has been welcomed into his new home with open arms. The transition in to Diamond House was done smoothly and with kindness and care from the management and all the staff. After just a few short weeks my Dad feels safe and secure, he is laughing again which is how I know he is very happy...
My Dad has been welcomed into his new home with open arms. The transition in to Diamond House was done smoothly and with kindness and care from the management and all the staff. After just a few short weeks my Dad feels safe and secure, he is laughing again which is how I know he is very happy there. He is thoroughly enjoying all the activities and entertainment of which there are many. Myself and my family feel grateful that he has found such a lovely home. The garden party was great fun and a nice afternoon spent laughing there with my dad Thank you :)

I attended the summer fete at Diamond house on the 4th July 2026. The weather was kind which meant that the residents could be brought to the garden and take part in the festivities. It was clear that a lot of effort had taken place to organise the event with plenty of variety of games stalls and music. The staff made sure that they included all residents taking time to talk to them and getting them to join in with the sing song. It was pleasing that staff that were off duty attended showing how much support they give to the home. It was also good that the owner attended with his family. Keep up the good work.

We were asked by the events coordinator if we could help with a game of human "hungry hippos", to which we agreed. We are regular volunteers and the atmosphere is so light and refreshing. The residents are brimming with excitement, even if they are not partaking in the activity. They are such a great bunch with lots of smiles and laughter and are a credit to the staff and carers who do an amazing job. The staff are so bubbly and the interaction with the residents is so amazing. It is such a pleasure to help out and we both look forward to it.

My father-in-law has been at Diamond House for a few months now and loves it. The support and care he receives is fantastic nothing is too much trouble, he even eats better than us! Knowing he is looked after so well is great. There are endless activities to get involved in, something he would avoid before! The staff are friendly, helpful and caring, not just to him, but us when we visit. I just hope that there are care homes like this when I need one!

Mum has advanced dementia. She has been at Diamond House for a few years now and we have been so relieved to see how well she is cared for. The activities are now a bit beyond mum, but it's so lovely seeing how much goes on and that life is made much more interesting for those who can join in....
While we would rather have her at home, it's a comfort that she is safe and lovingly looked after.

I have visited my friend on a regular basis since the beggining of this year and my review would have been the same in any month. The staff show consideration and kindness in abundance. There is a very friendly atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I have visited many care homes in Norfolk over the past decade and I would rate Diamond House to be the best. If I had to go into a care home, I would want it to be this one.
