My father lived at Diamond House for the last 2 years of his life, unfortunately, he died peacefully on 4th Sept 2017. The manager and her team could not have done more to help myself and my family through what is a difficult time. The care compassion and love all the staff gave was amazing. Dads comfort and dignity were their highest priority and nothing was too much I cannot fault the care given.
I highly recommend this home, yes it needs some new chairs and the team are working on that but the most important factor is the staff and they are the best. Thank you to the manager and the team and keep up the amazing work you are doing.

Happy with the care for my dad. I know it's been a struggle for all. Staff have been very good with him. I think it would be great if more activities could be done for him. This would make him more at home. Things can only get better with time and medication.
