From the day my brother arrived he has been treated perfectly. Nothing is too much for him or his family. His care is second to none. Polite staff every time we go. Nothing is too much. The staff are amazing, the food is as if you were paying for out, I've been a chef myself for many years. A big thank you to all the staff there. If it's not broken don't try and fix it.
It is such a relief knowing my sister is very happy here.
I find the staff helpful, my needs are all met. My family are all very welcome and they say how much they like the home. I have relatives that enjoy staying for meals with me and have no problems. Since arriving at Meadow House I have had help with my weight issues, they have helped me loose 15 stone by eating healthily. Activities are very good and I enjoy my trips out with them.
My daughter has been in Meadow House now for three years. It is one of the best homes that she has ever been in, I just wish they new her early in her life. All the staff are very good especially the care staff, friendly and very outgoing. I can not really fault them when she has her good days they would put her in a chair and wheel her outside and also to the dining room.
All the staff from the nurses, care assistants, chefs etc treat my son and our family with care, warmth, love and dignity. They all go out of their way to look after my son. I know when I am not there that he is well looked after and that gives me peace of mind.
