Overall Experience

We have found Lound Hall to be a warm and inviting environment where my mother has been encouraged and supported to flourish and blossom in her surroundings. After just a few months, my mother is more confident and happier than she has been in a long time. She is looked after by warm, friendly, polite, attentive and understanding staff where nothing is too much trouble for them. They always want to accommodate, listen and improve. A very big thank you to everyone at Lound Hall.

Overall Experience

My husband has been a resident of Lound Hall since 2014 and the place has improved so much since he first arrived. The staff are brilliant and very friendly and the food is excellent. As Lound Hall is in the country there is a lot of wildlife to see. You can go to any member of management with a query or worry and it will be dealt with. A very warm and welcome environment.

Overall Experience

When I had to put my husband in a home we chose this one in Lound KRG Healthcare. At first thought it was okay but then it started to go downhill. Then I thought about moving him. I did look at one or two but it started to improve. He has been in two years. He broke his hip the first year after falling down. He had a spell in hospital, now he is good. Home is improving. I would recommend it.

Overall Experience
Standards at Lound Hall have always been satisfactory but are now excellent.
It is always hard to hand over a loved one into permanent care but the staff and general environment made this much easier. Mum has been happy at Lound Hall for 18 months and is in fact now much happier and healthier than she was at home.

Many thanks to all the staff and management.
