Carers kind, cheerful and help me to be dignified at all times. Management extremely efficient and organised. Office and occupational therapist great. Head nurses and doctors always attentive. At times the shortage of carers is very noticeable which puts others under pressure.

Visitors are greeted by all staff from nursing to cleaners in a friendly way. The entrance has changing decorations/exhibits and book sales....
