Thank you to all the staff that looked after my mum in the Autumn of her life. The staff are committed and absolutely brilliant at what they do! Smiling, happy and try their very best to make all residents comfortable and as happy as they can be. Constant contact with any health updates also welcoming
to all visitors. My mum was quite solitary but I know there was always something going on for more social residents. Excellent support and genuine care given. Thank you

Mum has been in Saville Manor for nearly 2 years, she is very happy & content there. I know she is safe & well looked after, which gives me peace of mind..It is a very friendly atmosphere, it is light & bright in all the rooms . All staff do a brilliant job, nothing is too much trouble.

Mum has been resident at Saville Manor for 2 years and 9 months. We have always been involved with her care, visiting regularly as a family. Always greeted by staff with a smile and welcomed. Any health issues are reported to me via telephone and followed up at a visit.
We are pleased with standard
of care, cleanliness of home and pleased we chose this place for mum to live. Keep up the good work. A few more activities would benefit all residents.

All of the staff that I have met, have been very friendly and helpful. Mum seems settled and happy and always smiles and waves when a member of staff pass by.
When in the lounge the other residents are happy to talk and it has a nice feel to the home ( again this is down to the hard work of the dedicated
staff).
When visiting we are always made to feel very welcome.

My mother-in-law is very happy at Saville Manor Nursing Home. She has had a lot of care needs as she reaches her 90th Birthday. The staff have been essential and very quick to respond to her changing medical needs. They are extremely hard-working and always greet us with a smile on our visits. My husband
takes his mother out on trips nearly every day and the staff always make sure she is ready. Thank you.

The care that Saville Manor have provided to both my parents has been exemplary. Mum and Dad always felt at home where nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were always welcoming and caring and as a family, we will be forever thankful for all the care and love they showed to our family. All
the staff, regardless of their role, care about the residents and treat them as their extended family. Residents are treated with respect and dignity and staff endeavour to tailor activities to people's interests and abilities by getting to know each individual. I regularly recommend Saville Manor as a care home and will continue to do so.

I wish to thank all the staff for their professionalism, kindness and loving care of my mother, who was a resident at Saville Manor for six and a half years. I have found the staff always to be cheerful, responsive and helpful. Nothing is ever a problem and, even when busy, the staff take time to listen
and understand and to offer advice when needed. There is a strong sense that the staff enjoy their work, as well as each other's company: this creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as a sense that everything is in hand. I found communications to be excellent and liked being contacted in person by phone. Saville Manor has a beautiful private garden. It is also situated on Durdham Downs, with life and activity taking place all around. The Downs are great for walking and the University of Bristol Botanical Gardens are close by: the location is ideal in so many ways. I shall never forget the kindness shown to my mother and all our family. Thanks to everyone at Saville Manor.

My mum was a resident of Saville Manor for eight months. She thrived in the caring, loving environment. The staff really understood my mum and adjusted her care accordingly. I never worried about her during her stay, and it became a joy to visit her. During her final days, the staff provided excellent

My mother died on the 21st of September, having been in Saville Manor for four years. The level of care she received in that time was absolutely outstanding. The staff were all extremely loving and caring. My mum always told me how happy she was there.
I have nothing but positive things to say about
Saville Manor, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the home to anyone who needs full-time care.

Saville Manor Nursing Home is always clean, tidy, and staff are always happy to help. Staff keep in touch as much as possible about my dad. My dad is always happy! I am not sure about the food, always looks good, but my dad is really fussy. I am very happy.
