My aunt, who suffered with dementia, was a resident here for almost 4 years and could often be very challenging to deal with. However, the staff were always very caring and understanding, treating her with dignity and kindness at all times. There have been a number of improvements in the home recently, both inside and outside, and these have made for an even safer and more comfortable environment for the residents.
Dear David,
Thank you for your kind words, these have been passed on to our team at Saville Manor.
We are glad that your aunt felt well looked after and had lived with us comfortably for so many years. We continuously strive to improve our systems and care to ensure that our residents remain...
Mum is 101 and very frail but the care she receives seems to be first class. The carers are very kind and patient. They always make a special effort when it's her birthday, making sure she has a lovely day - with presents and a cake! She is very limited in what she can do but when she could take part, there were always activities and games (she often won at skittles) and she enjoyed the little trips to The Botanic Gardens.
Thank you so much for this lovely review. We are so pleased to hear that your Mum enjoyed many activities in our home and that you're both happy with the care that she is surrounded with. We treat our Residents with the love and respect that we’d want for our own family. Your kind words will be shared with the staff in Saville Manor.
He is the happiest we have seen him since he has been ill.
We couldn't wish for him to be anywhere else.
Thank you all very much.
Mama spent the last 5 months of her life at Saville Manor. She was so well cared for, I have nothing but praise for all the staff. All requests were quickly fulfilled. A great location, a shame mama could not see the great view out of the window. The home is well maintained with a good feel. Thank you all.
