The staff looking after my Dad have been extremely helpful, especially when I've been communicating with him via phone.
Kingsley was so thoughtful and kind explaining some of the non verbal reactions that happen.
Ezji has gone out of her way to ensure we can speak.
I know that their diligent care and kindness means so much to my Dad (and me).

Thank you.

My father was so lucky, and I'm so grateful to this fantastic care home. The care and attention he received from the carers was humbling. I wouldn't have believed it was possible if I hadn't witnessed it with my own eyes and ears. They restored my faith in humanity, I will be forever grateful.

Overall Experience

Mum was in Woodlands Manor for approx four months, prior to her passing on. I would like to commend the home for the care and respect she was given. The staff all went out of their way to ensure she was happy. From sourcing her favourite foods to ensuring she was happy and comfortable. The home was decorated for all seasonal occasions from fireworks night to Valentines and everything in between. It felt very homely and welcoming to patients and visitors and we were always made to feel welcome and could come and go when we wanted and nothing was to much trouble for Mum. I know the home had changed ownership prior to Mum moving in, but I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team now in place. Thank you everyone.
