Having trained as a nurse in Plymouth and achieving a BSc Hons degree in psychology a few years later, Deborah has been General Manager at The Lodge since 2006. In spite of working in several specialisms including surgery and paediatrics, elder care was to become a lifelong passion of Deborah, as shown by over 20 years in the care home industry.
