Kelly has worked at Hart Care since April 2023 when she came on board as the deputy manager and has recently taken over as the home manager.
Having previously worked at Bupa nursing homes for 4 years, Kelly started as a healthcare assistant and worked her way up to unit manager where she achieved a distinction for her Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
Kelly is a firm believer in person-centred care and firmly believes that care is not one size fits all. She is incredibly proud that her team are so adaptable and really does have their residents at the heart of what they do.
She has 4 children and 2 dogs and the younger two children love to come to the home and join in when there are events on. Dexter, the youngest of the 2 dogs, does occasionally make an appearance when Kelly is able to bring him in, much to the delight of all residents and staff alike!
Karen has an unbelievable amount of experience and has worked in nursing homes for 15 years. This means she brings some fabulous skills to Hart Care, some of which have already been instrumental in improving our care standards.
Tracy has worked at Hart Care since 2011 and has been the home administrator most of that time. Tracy enjoys meeting residents, family members and visitors each day and is often accompanied by Bandit, her Springer Spaniel. Bandit is a very friendly fellow whose two favourite things are a tummy tickle or going for a walk across the road on the Moor. Bandit also likes our residents a lot and visits them as part of our activities timetable. Bandit's place when not doing these visits is next to Tracy's desk.
