When he rang his bell a member of staff would appear, they would turn it off and say we will be back in a minute, sometimes this might be hours.
In the 11 weeks my father was a resident he had one bath and one shower.
I visited each day and voiced concerns but these were ignored.
I have written a formal complaint, had a reply saying they would get back to us within 28 days as they take complaints seriously yet 11 weeks and still no reply.
Sefton may be excellent at marketing and promoting themselves but their care is very poor.
He is now in another care home and is back to his old self.
