Overall Experience
My mum is very well looked after and she is contented with her situation.
She always looks clean and tidy whenever myself or my sister visit her and the staff are friendly and caring towards her. The home is very well managed and we are kept informed of any change in her health. The home also organises any routine or unplanned hospital visits and provide access to other personal care facilities, eg hairdresser, chiropody.

Overall, my sister and I are very pleased with the standard of care provided to our mum.

Since my mother has been in Kingsley House her general health has vastly improved and she appears quite content which is all you can ask for with someone with dementia.

I cannot praise the staff at Kingsley House Nursing Home enough. They are all so friendly and make time to listen and respond to all questions and requests. Both my parents are resident there and every effort is made to make them feel safe and at home.

Visitors are made to feel welcome and involved in the care of relatives. The standard and professionalism of the staff is outstanding and they treat the residents with utmost respect and courtesy.
