The staff are always friendly, approachable, and caring. I receive regular check-in phone calls to discuss any matters or concerns, which is very reassuring. Dad seems happy and settled, and it's lovely to see that he is eating well and being well looked after. Overall, we are very pleased with the care and support provided.

The Glen is a light, bright, very clean & tidy care home. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Any issues or concerns I've had have always been dealt with very quickly & efficiently. Dad took a while to settle, but that was to be expected, having lived on his own for so long. But he's fully engaged with living at the Glen & is making the most of the activities offered. It's a weight off of my mind knowing Dad is safe & well looked after.

Overall very happy with the service and care provided for my mum since she's been a resident at The Glen. Staff are pleasant, friendly and easily approachable, also very understanding to medical needs and conditions, which is of great comfort to us as a family. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, and also seem to be maintained to a good level. Outdoors the grounds are well kept, and a lovely place to be when weather permits.

Overall experience of my Uncle's stay at The Glen was excellent from the day he arrived to the day he died. He was treated with kindness and dignity when I know he was very appreciative of. Everyone from management to housekeeping should be commended. The compassion shown by all staff standing in a line when he was taken away after he had died was truly touching and even commented by the funeral home. not something they often see. Absolutely fantastic care home which I would really honestly recommend to anyone.

The Glen is a friendly and caring home, which really supports residents and their families. All the staff are professional and supportive. Dad has been a resident for only 9 weeks and has made great progress following a long stay in hospital. I'm very happy with how Dad has settled in. Thank you too what is a fabulous team.

I always feel comfortable and welcomed when visiting The Glen. There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. All the staff, in whatever role, are polite and helpful, even going out of their way to assist or answer queries. The care that they give is consistently thoughtful and they take the necessary time to provide what is required in a kind and compassionate way. My husband has told me that he is content there, and I know that he receives what is necessary in homely surroundings.

I have visited The Glen Care Home many times when visiting one of the residents who is my client. I have always found the staff at The Glen to be very helpful and caring to my client. She has lived at The Glen for 2 years and is very happy there. The Glen could do with a private meeting room, as when I wish to see my client, I have to use the dining room.

When visiting this month, I found all the staff very pleasant and welcoming, they take time to say hello and also include mum in the conversations as well. The home is working great with all the new improvements. Any concerns you have are quickly resolved. Also, find following their activities on their social media a joy, knowing mum is having a varied social time with the other residents. Thank you, The Glen.

I am immensely impressed with the friendly and caring nature of the all the staff here. The manager and admin staff are very responsive and helpful as well. They recently enabled us to have a family celebration on site and couldn't have been more helpful and thoughtful. I visit regularly and the place is always clean and tidy, the staff well-turned out and the residents well cared for. There are a range of communal spaces for residents to use, and on the ground floor everything is on a level so easy to move around. The site is in a lovely rural location, with gardens and big trees visible through big windows with lots of natural light. That is particular good for those residents who cannot easily be moved outside during the summer months.

I visited here today 4th of March. I was very impressed with the cleaning of my friends room and all the cleaning throughout the building. Some residents were enjoying the sunshine in the garden with excellent caring staff. They had a quiz that the activity people ran and they enjoyed making pancakes. I have worked in several homes. And was very impressed. The residents seemed well cared for. I noticed that in staring activity the category said don't know but I do know I was very pleased they do definitely do activities. Congratulations on a lovely home.
